Sara L. Fogarty

Sara L. Fogarty, 30, of Greene Street, Coventry, RI, passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2021 at home. Born on June 9, 1990 in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of Kathleen Fogarty and the late Joseph Fogarty and the daughter of Ute and Touche Nom.

Sara was a 2008 graduate from The Met School, Providence, RI. Sara loved spending time with her family and always knew how to light up the room. She was always traveling and enjoyed adventuring. She had a deep love for all animals. She had a natural talent for making things around her beautiful. There are an endless amount of words that can be said about Sara, but the one thing that she may best be known for is her ambition. Her ambition to love and to make sure her family was taken care of.

Besides her parents she is survived by thirteen siblings; Sam Mathias, Joshua Fogarty, Tara Fogarty, Kayla Fogarty, Anthony Hammond, Nik Hammond, Jonathan Fogarty, James Fogarty, Jeffery Hammond, Vincent Fogarty, Arianna Fogarty, Tabitha Fogarty and Krista Fogarty and many loving aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and her beloved dog, Simba. She was predeceased by a brother; Luke Hammond.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2021 from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm in the Gorton-Menard Funeral Home & Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI, with a service to follow at 4:30 pm outside at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
