Vivian J. (Slezak) De Wolfe

Vivian J. De Wolfe, 92, of Jefferson Street, West Warwick, RI, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Kent Regency, Warwick, RI. Born on June 30, 1928 in West Warwick, RI, she was the wife of the late Ernest A. De Wolfe and the daughter of the late Stanley and Rose (Coutu) Slezak.

Vivian was a production worker for Leviton Manufacturing, Warwick, RI, for forty years before retiring in 1993.

Vivian is survived by three children; Sandra Knight, Nancy White and William M. De Wolfe, two sisters; Beverly Paolucci and Patricia Ferreira, a brother; Chester Slezak, four grandchildren, four great grandchildren and a great, great grandchild. She was predeceased by a son; Ernest De Wolfe Jr.
