Walter Farnworth Obituary

Walter Farnworth, 92, of Metacom Avenue, Bristol, RI, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2020, at RI Veterans Home, Bristol, RI. Born on March 4, 1927, in Providence, RI, he was the husband of the late Babara (Donath) Farnworth and the son of the late Alfred Sr. and Florence (Barker) Farnworth.

Walter was a steelworker for thirty-five years for Newman-Crosby, Pawtucket, RI, before retiring. He was a US Coast Guard Veteran serving in WWII.

Walter is survived by a daughter; Meridith Farnworth. He was predeceased by a daughter; Patricia Pozgay, a brother; Alfred Farnworh Jr. and a sister; Muriel Farnworth.

His services will be private.
