Dorothea E. Bell, 91, of Janet Drive, West Warwick, RI, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2016 at the Greenwood Center in Warwick, RI, surrounded by her loving family.
She was the daughter of the late Eugene and Flora (Danis) Gay and the widow of the late Robert E. Bell.
Mrs. Bell worked in jewelry for Snow Findings in West Warwick, RI for fifty years until her retirement.
She is survived by three children; Lynn Fontaine and her husband Joseph, Robert Bell, and Laurie Bell, five grandchildren; Melissa Woodhouse and her husband Paul, Joseph Fontaine, Jacquelyne Bell, Elizabeth Minchala and her husband Manny, and Matthew Bell, four great grandchildren; Eric Woodhouse, Kylie Fontaine, Cotey Fontaine, and Ronald Vital, and one great granddaughter. She was predeceased by her sister; Virginia Cournoyer.
Funeral services are private and are under the direction of Gorton-Menard Funeral Home and Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI.
