Joan E. Andrews 78, of Woodland Drive, Coventry, RI, passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at Coventry Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, in Coventry, RI. Born in Warwick, RI, she was the daughter of the late John T. and Ruth A. (Verrier) Fay.
Joan was a cook's helper at Walton Jones Campus, West Greenwich, RI, for thirty years until retiring.
She is survived by three children; Decka R. Andrews, Gary K. Andrews and his wife Sandy and Alayna J. Andrews, two brothers; John T. Fay and Gary E. Fay, a sister; Ruth Ann (Fay) Souza and two granddaughters; Meghan and Amanda. She was predeceased by a daughter; Dale Robin Andrews.
Her funeral services are private and are under the direction of Gorton Menard Funeral Home and Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI.
