Kristina M. (Flemming) Cooke

Kristina M. Cooke, 44, of Oak Tree Square, Athens, GA, passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at St. Mary’s Hospital, Athens, GA. Born in Providence, RI, she was the wife of Earl Cooke and the daughter of James J. Flemming and the late Lillian (Dunford) Flemming.

Kristina was a manager for various health club businesses for many years.

Besides her husband and father, she is survived by a brother: Matthew Flemming and his partner Malcolm Anderson.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 12, 2016 at 9:30 am from the Gorton-Menard Funeral Home and Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am at Christ the King Church, 124 Legris Avenue, West Warwick, RI. Calling hours will be prior from 8:30 to 9:30 am. Burial will be in the Knotty Oak Cemetery, Coventry, RI.
